4. Counter-Notification

- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
6. Good Faith Use
Please ensure that your claim is made in good faith. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Before filing a notice, please confirm that the use is not protected by fair use or another legal doctrine.
